解决Kensington VeriMark系列指纹识别器提示指纹达到10个上限

问题症状

重装系统后设置Windows Hello时提示你已达到10个指纹限制。

解决方法

下载驱动与软件

下载对应VeriMark系列的软件，这里以VeriMark Desktop为例子。

使用管理软件重置指纹识别器

下载后解压得到以下文件：

必须以管理员身份运行KensingtonFingerprintApplication.exe，输入Windows账户密码后，在出现的界面点击Reset进行重置：

重置需要一点时间，完成后重新插拔即可正常添加指纹。
